PathSeeker Center offers premarital counseling for those couples interested in starting their marrige out right. Brad Washburn is a qualified Hillsborough County premarital course provider. By going to a qualified course provider:

• There is no waiting period for Florida residents who can present a certificate of completion of premarital preparation course from a qualified registered course provider. Otherwise there is a 3 day waiting period.
  
• The cost of the license is dropped from $93.50 to $61.00 - A $32.50 savings.
